Aspen Owners Association Bansko

It is proposed to set up owners associations for each of the four Aspens developments, Aspen Golf, Aspen Suites, Aspen Heights and Aspen Valley, to represent the owners with respect to the management of the development and any other appropriate issues

At present we are trying to establish a comprehensive list of owners for each development prior to starting an owners association.

We have four volunteer "facilitators" who are working on these lists.

Once we have a reasonable number of owners we will start to move towards creating an association. We expect this to be run by people from the owners who are keen enough to volunteer and /or have appropriate experience. 

Please note that we expect OWNERS ONLY to register, with your apartment number(s)  E mail address and contact info. This information will be checked to make sure it is only genuine owners that register!
