Hi everyone. I have bought 2 apartments in Heights that are fully paid for and I have the deeds. What I am not sure about is if they will ever be finished. I have seen the photos - the outsides look great but they have loads to do inside and it doesn't look like much is going on. I have tried getting more info from MRI about when mine will be snagged and ready for furniture but get no response.

Anyway if anyone knows any more I would be glad to hear it. Also how everyone is getting on with the furniture pack VAT farce.

Hi, I have one apartment and completed in full in addition to a furniture pack and am in receipt of deeds.  I am therefore in the same boat as you and awaiting completion to start using the facilities.  Have been told 2/3 weeks for furniture to start going in!!  Photos on this site have thrown me a little though.

Martin, good to hear from you. What did you do about the VAT on the furniture?

Hi, paid it up with no particular logic behind it.  Did initially complain however I wanted to proceed as quickly as possible to conclusion with the development as we have waited long enough!
