Ta, just getting fed up with reading the same thing over and over again, who could have predicted a global, financial meltdown!  No doubt I will now be 'outed' as Mrs Darragh MacAnthony!!

The only way to make a success of Bansko and Razlog is to support it and enjoy what we have.  The place is beautiful in the winter and the summer and the Aspens will all look great.

Hope to meet some of you guys over a Bulgarian beer one day!

Great to see that there are other positive people out there, brace yourself mind for the barrage of abuse your going to get!!

Please also remember quite a few who post on here are working for Best Rest or the MRI-SG, fuelling their hatred for anything to do with MRI or indeed anything remotley positive.

I totally agree with you enough of the negativity and personal attacks. I too own property in Bulgaria which I hope to rent/sell some time and I also live there!!

John I am sure that you do not want your forum turning into a place for personal attacks on members, propaganda, and people moaning about MRI. But to be a positive place where people can get on and make the most of whatever situation they find themselves in. That is what we are all doing.

I am not interested in 'talking down' the market. However I do think that people are entitled to know the truth if people want to know the truth it is not difficult to find it.

The question that I asked was 'What has peoples experience been with the snagging?' and just for the record I do not have a company 'waiting in the wings' to do snagging. BPAG is totally up front about what it is doing and does not have any hidden agendas.
 
Who on this site has presented a snagging list and had the snagging done successfully? What was the outcome?
If you have had your snagging done successfully then I am sure that others would like to know about it.

Hi All,

New to the forum and posting left right and centre, great blog John C, good to see all the useful info and also as an administrator bringing balance to what appears appear to be a one sided slagging match.

For those that are interested i posted the below on another thread earlier today, i found this info out after doing a little bit of research on the company Best Rest after being emailed out of the blue by them!

MRI -SG appear to be promoting a company by the name of Best Rest for furniture packs etc, an interesting post all should read before involving themselve's with such a company:

I have not used them personally and to be honest will not be. They contacted me out of the blue one day with no explanation as to how they got my details. I asked MRI if they had given them my contact details and they said (after 2 weeks of waiting) No! They did also say to me that they where investigating this company for data theft!!

I would not say that endoursing a company that appear on these kind of sites and behaves in this way is supporting anyone, would you?

Be aware people, there are so many con men out there feeding off whats left.
