Has any member looked at or tried to sell their apartment/studio in any of the Aspen developments.  I would be interested to know if anyone has had any success in selling a property?

I dont think anyone will have any luck selling thier apartments in the aspens. we bought that at such a premium price we would have to wait many many years for prices to go up again.

I seen my apartment for sale for more than half the price less than i bought it for on many sites.
