I hope my comments on a post recently haven't caused alarm.    I have spoken at length today with Barrie Keeling and we have cleared up all misunderstandings.   I am satisfied that Barrie is working very hard on behalf of all those owners who have registered with Solutions Overseas and I know he will continue to do so.

I have just spent a few days in Bansko and enjoyed the weather, skiing and the mens world cup downhill.   The facilities at Aspen Golf as always were excellent .   We as owners  need to work together to ensure that the Aspen Complexes are a success and are maintained (only possible if all owners pay their maintenance fees) and managed in such a way that people will want to stay there.   If you are an owner and haven't stayed there yet you do not know what you are missing!   I am over there every 8 weeks and love it in all seasons.

I too have an apartment in aspen suite. the place is deserted and a long way off from being finished. I have friends who have an apartment in bansko near the gondola and they have no bookings so AS, AG etc have no hope of bookings considering location from gondola re ski season. I was over august2010 and resort was a ghost town so golf interest was a real joke re the sale mumo jumbo we owners were fed when initial sale took place. I am hoping that something will come of the buy.
