Very interesting, it would be good to think they will get somewhere.

Does anyone else have a potential legal challenge with MRI and if so, what is the basis of it?  Just wondering about joining forces as these folk clearly have.

Regards.

Interesting Ruth.........

I'm sure you have read this , there are two sides to every story !

.....   as it says in the last paragraph

Hi spangle

As you are such good pals with Dean Masters, perhaps you could let people know where he is working now? Have you seen the MRI Overseas Property website lately?

http://mrioverseasproperty.com/page/

Re the Madrid case - I thnik you will find Mr MacAnthony has made a demonstrably false statement on these articles - the case has merely transferred to the Marbella courts - it has not been thrown out at all and no comment has been made by the courts on the actual case as of yet.

Sorry to disappoint you.

Ruth........

You and me both know that Dean Masters and Dominic Pickering left MRI on the 19th November 2010 some 7 months ago please move on. The company is no longer trading and therefore the web site is not current and looks to be shut down. Where they are working now I don't know and don't really care as I have lovely furnished apartments that I  use, rent out and enjoy.

We both made decisions and took different paths , I'm happy with the path I took , I hope you are too.

I'm not disappointed at all , I think it is only right to have 2 sides to the story so that people can make their own minds up.

I believe in freedom of speech BUT this forum tries to be as positive as possible , we want the Aspen complexes to be a success and would appreciate that you keep your less than helpful comments to yourself.

Of course you are welcome to post useful links at any time.

As one of the moderators for the forum I would just like to point out that a lot of effort and time is put in behind the scenes especially by John and Spangle. We are just normal people with jobs and families trying to be positive and do our upmost to move on with the Aspens in a good way. So any constructive comments good or bad are very much welcome, but underlying personal comments which are totally unnecessary will be removed Sad
On a more positive note I have just had pics sent of my apartment in A.V all kitted out with furniture and kitchen has finally been put in, so will be able to stay in it in Aug, hope others have had similar news? Cheesy

Well done Tracey, who did your furniture? I am sure people would like to know. Was it a remnant of MRI or a private company as we need more furniture in August.
Thanks

Yeh it was furniture from MRI, but not sure when it was put in as I only asked for an update of photos a couple of days ago and I was pleasantly suprised with the pics and e-mail sent yesterday Cheesy
Just a big relief to know I can stay in the apartment in August! We are on the ground with patio doors onto grassed area , so a good place to congregate with other owners for a beer! and a kids swingball!!!! Grin

On the furniture front certainly the furniture for Aspen Suites came via Intermodal in Razlog,  so they can match up  and build additional items if required , I do have the contact / websiite for example I had  matching blanket boxes, extension to wardrobes and a set of drawers built to extend onto my tv stand all good value and matches completely.

Great to hear it's all working so well for you Tracey!
We'd love to come in August, but we are still waiting for a reply from the lawyer, so can't book any flights etc yet. I'd love to be in your position - maybe sometime soon (fingers crossed).

Hi Tracey, delighted your furniture is installed. Wish we could have the same good news in A. Suits. Looking forward to the owners meeting on Wed 10th Aug. to talk to people in the same situation regarding such things as furniture - rental - POA. We are arriving in Sofia on Mon 8th at 22.15hrs just wondering about transport to Bansko so late and if there is anybody arriving at the same time.   Regards.
