AND/OR 10% discount for returning customers. Long term lets available at discounted rates - Please contact us Booking Conditions Bansko apartments This is a NO SMOKING apartment. (responsible smoking on the terrace is allowed) No Pets allowed. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. The balance payment of 50% is due 6 weeks before departure together with a £80 breakage deposit. Breakage deposit will be return as soon as the apartment has been checked, normally you should receive a cheque within days of your return. If your departure date is less than 6 weeks at the time of booking then 100% plus £80 breakage charge has to be paid to secure booking. Change over day is flexible. Minimum booking is 3 nights.
